Jebarri Dean is a Production SOund Mixer And Sound Designer in Portland, Oregon
Jebarri grew up playing music. He took traditional Violin lessons for years as a kid before moving on to play Guitar. In his teens he melded his knack for woodworking and love of music to build a Violin, as well as several acoustic and electric Guitars.
Always having been drawn to music and sound, his start in the audio world came with his early days multi-tracking in Garage Band with an old laptop and built in Microphone.
Since then he has worked as a Production Sound Mixer and Boom OP, but Post Production has been his driving interest. Engineering his first Record the Los Holy Santos Gang album "Twain" in 2012, he discovered his love for Music Videos while working on the accompanying video "Lately".
Working closely with his brother, and Cinematographer Tehben Dean, he has since Directed a collection of Music Videos, and his extensive Production and Post Sound work covers hundreds of projects from Commercial, to Short and Feature Film, Documentary, Corporate, and TV.
Passion for purity and rich soundscapes are a defining aspect to his work.
